Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TRRC Shop! Below you will find the general terms and conditions that are part of our shipping. When you place and pay for an order, we always try to ship it as quickly as possible! We always want the order to be shipped quickly, and we dispatch orders the same day payment is received. Depending on the payment and shipping method, it may take 1-3 days for the order to be shipped and delivered to you. Due to individual laws and regulations, certain restrictions apply. We do this to the best of our knowledge and belief, but each customer is obliged to check the legal status and framework regarding each product and its processing.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of a large number of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

General Information

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number is active within 24 hours. If you want your order to be sent to the Tracked pickup point, please provide the pickup point address in your order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal services. Unfortunately, we have no control over certain circumstances. Cancellation of the order is possible until we have handed the shipment over to the shipping company. After that moment, we cannot take them back anymore. If a shipment could not be delivered, it will therefore not be resubmitted, and the money will not be refunded to the customer. So please be careful when entering your details on the order form and make sure your mailbox is correctly marked.
• We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your package is damaged or defective, do not accept it and report the incident to your post office and to us.
• We are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (duties, taxes, etc.).

You can contact us if you haven't received your Tracked order within 2 weeks. Also, request a reshipment within 8 weeks. We cannot refund money; we always try to find the best solution to reship your order.
